I ordered SwitchaRoo stick (Plastic Fusion), expecting it to have a better grip than Reed Special because of the position of the hook in the palm of the hand. I asked for modification, 12 degrees rear bevel instead of original 0 (copied from the right handed stick I was comfortable with).
About the stick: It has a good grip. Hook is not big, and it follows the curve of the palm. Again, small hook makes this offensive stick, while I still played a lot of defense. It took some getting used to. Combination of rear and front bevel also gave the stick a natural thumb rest. Lucky accident. Switching action is not problematic, although sometimes I ended up with reversed stick in my hand. It happens less and less. Stick seems quite balanced, and it shoots quite good. In short, this is solid offensive stick, used effectively by other(single handed) players as well.
